If you need to speak to someone, call at reasonable hours, please. If you get the machine, leave your name, number, best time to call, event you are registering for, character name, and home chapter.

Checks sent in for pre-registration will be held until 3 weeks prior to the event. NERO® Mass does not take any responsibility for how the timing of a check deposit affects your account balance - if you do not have the funds to cover a check or charge, please do not submit payment!

*Pre-Registration: You MUST make payment within 7 days of registering in order to guarantee your spot. Pre-registration rate means payment has been received by NERO® Mass at least seven days prior to the start date of the event. If you pre-register, we will guarantee you a bed. Staff and players paying with discount Vouchers or on a Refund from a cancelled event must pre-register, so that housing can be set up!

Pre-registration is a commitment to attend the event. We have limited bed space and a commitment to pay the campgrounds we rent. In addition, Plot plans events in part based on those expected to attend. If you pre-register and then cancel, an attempt will be made to fill your slot, but we do not guarantee we will be able to do so, and cannot guarantee a refund. If we are unable to find a replacement, you will receive the XP you would have received had you PC'd.

Please understand: once you lock in your bed space, we often turn away other people who'd like to play because they weren't as fast as you were. It is imperative that we have an accurate head-count, so that everyone can play!
